(FOX40.com) -Hollywood legend Diane Keaton has died at the age of 79 in California, her family confirmed to People Magazine.

Keaton’s career spanned over 50 years, during which she starred in iconic films such as ‘The Godfather,’ ‘Annie Hall,’ ‘Baby Boom,’ ‘First Wives Club,’ ‘Something’s Gotta Give,’ and ‘Father of the Bride.’

Beyond her acting career, Diane Keaton was known for her whimsical sense of humor and distinctive fashion style, often gracing the runway in tuxedos.

She was also a writer, director, and photographer, showcasing her diverse talents in the entertainment industry.

Keaton’s personal life was as captivating as her professional one, with notable relationships with Hollywood stars Al Pacino, Warren Beatty, and Woody Allen.

She is survived by her two children, Dexter, 29, and Duke, 25.
