
Two Minnesota students were taken to a hospital Thursday after their school bus rolled into a ditch in Aitkin County.
The school bus was headed west on Highway 47 about 15 miles north of Mille Lacs Lake, according to a Minnesota State Patrol crash report, when the driver lost control and the bus rolled shortly before 3:30 p.m.
Authorities say two students were on board at the time of the crash, and both were taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries that aren’t considered life-threatening.
The 70-year-old bus driver wasn’t hurt and isn’t believed to have been impaired.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
