VIDEO: Hutto ISD student-athlete reunited with brother ahead of year-long deployment

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A student-athlete at Farley Middle School was reunited with his older brother, a U.S. Navy Sailor, on Tuesday ahead of a year-long deployment.

Hutto ISD captured the special moment as the 7th-grade football team prepared for kickoff at Memorial Stadium in Hutto.

Student-athlete Raylin Moothery was surprised on the field by Roderick Woullard, a 2022 Hutto High School graduate, who was home for a short visit.

“It was an emotional reunion that perfectly captures the spirit of family, service, and community,” the district said.
