‘To die for’: New mayor-approved bagel shop opens in Downtown Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A brand new Downtown Fresno bagel shop is already mayor-approved following its grand opening on Wednesday.

Einstein Bros. Bagels opened with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony. Mayor Dyer, who said he broke his diet to try their pizza bagel, called the experience “to die for,” and described it as “delicious and creamy.”

“It always excites me when we open up a new business, but it really excites me when we open up a business in Downtown Fresno,” Dyer said.

The bagelry will be open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
