Robert “Bob” Bodenhamer, a proud Mountain Home High School graduate and lifelong community supporter, will be honored on Thursday when he is inducted into the Mountain Home Education Foundation Hall of Honor.
Bodenhamer will receive the Bob Knight Bomber Spirit Award, named in honor of Mountain Home Public School alum and community champion Bob Knight. The award recognizes individuals who exemplify Bomber pride through their volunteerism, service, and support of both the schools and the community.
KTLO News spoke with Bodenhamer who expresses just how much this award means to him.

A retired registered nurse with Baxter Health, Bodenhamer has dedicated his career to serving others. Beyond his professional work, he is an active member of the Baxter County Election Commission and the First United Methodist Church of Mountain Home, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to the community.
The Hall of Honor induction and award presentation will take place during the Mountain Home Education Foundation’s Night of Honor on Thursday, which is officially sold out, celebrating Bodenhamer and other distinguished members of the community who have made significant contributions to Mountain Home.
