We checked back in with the restaurant chain CAVA to find out if an opening date is set yet for its new spot in the Capital City. The restaurant originally confirmed in March that it would be investing in a fourth Kansas location on the west side of Topeka.
A CAVA spokesperson said a tentative opening date is currently set for Nov. 14 at 1750 Southwest Wanamaker Road. However, this date may change.
CAVA is known for offering customers Mediterranean flavors at its restaurants using ingredients sourced from Greece. CAVA’s menu mostly consists of bowls and pitas with sides like pita chips and hummus. It currently has three other locations in Kansas:
