Newly unsealed search warrants share more details about the investigation into a 22-year-old who used fake documents to enroll at White Bear Lake High School.
As previously reported, the school said it began investigating Kelvin Luebke, who was enrolled under a different name, after receiving reports that he was older than 21.

According to a search warrant, a woman told police that her daughter, a student at the school, recognized Luebke’s mugshot. The girl said Luebke went by a different name at school.
Investigators determined that Luebke was using a fake identity to attend White Bear Lake High School as a student.
The search warrant adds that several girls have come forward saying that Luebke had been talking to them via text and social media. Several parents have also called police to report possible sexual assault cases involving Luebke, the document states.
Police are also investigating an allegation that Luebke received nude photos of a juvenile.
The search warrant was filed to search Luebke’s phone for evidence of criminal sexual conduct, soliciting a minor and child pornography.
