Three companies Texans keep complaining about

DALLAS (KDAF) — A new study has revealed that Texans are America’s twelfth biggest complainers.

QR Code Generator determined the states with the most customer complaints by analyzing the average number of monthly searches in each state and America overall for 838 search terms related to contacting customer service for some of the biggest companies in America.

Texans are the twelfth biggest complainers in America, with an average of 9,613 customer service searches per 100,000 residents each month, a rate 5.4% above the national average. In total, the Lone Star state averaged 2.93 million customer service searches per month over the past year.

Texas’s top three customer service queries in the past year were “AT&T Customer Service,” “Spectrum Customer Service,” and “Amazon Customer Service,” with average monthly searches of 133,750, 117,333, and 116,708, respectively.
