The Maple Grove Fire Department was working early Wednesday morning after a two-story house caught fire.

Firefighters responded to the fire at 4:48 a.m. in the 10100 block of Shadyview Lane alongside medics and the Maple Grove Police Department.

Fire crews were able to safely evacuate four people from the home and then put out the flames, which had “fully engulfed” the house.

At this time, the cause of the fire has not been identified, but the home was severely damaged and the family of four has been displaced.
