Fudgy, fluffy, decadent chocolate depression cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-inch baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Add in the vinegar, vanilla, oil, and water, and stir until well combined. Pour the cake batter into the baking dish.
