TOPEKA (KSNT) – A homeowner in downtown Topeka is helping his neighbors get in the Halloween spirit with a bone-chilling display.

Paul Pipes says it all started five years ago. He and his wife found some of those viral 12-foot skeletons. Since then, their collection has grown.

Pipes tells 27 News he appreciates the community engagement Halloween brings.

“I enjoy hanging out candy,” Pipes said. “We love Halloween, trying to bring back this development this neighborhood back to life is what we’re trying to do, is just have fun.”

If you want to check out the display in the area of 4th and Western. You can’t miss it! And as we get closer to Halloween, Pipes says he’ll add audio to the mix.
