Voters had a chance to hear from all five St. Paul mayoral candidates during a community forum on Monday night.
During the two-hour event at Gloria Dei Church, incumbent Melvin Carter and his four challengers — Yan Chen, Adam Dullinger, Kaohly Her and Mike Hilborn — answered questions and shared their priorities.
One high-interest point came when the candidates were asked what they would do about property taxes.
