ROCK COUNTY, Wis. (WTVO) — A 19-year-old man from Janesville is in critical condition after colliding with a tree late Monday night.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office reported that deputies were called to the scene of the crash on E US Hwy 14 and Cemetery Road around 10:48 pm.
Investigators said the victim’s Dodge Avenger was westbound on Hwy 14 when he failed to negotiate a curve entering Emerald Grove, and struck a tree.
The man was taken to a local hospital.
Police said no criminal charges are likely.
