Mountain Home issues nearly $1 million in building permits for September

Mountain Home issued $922,823 in building permits during September, according to a report from Jeannie Anderson.
The city approved two new residential buildings, including a $500,000 home for Charlie and Holly Aitchison at 4017 Shady Grove Drive and a $300,000 project for Brody Creek Villas at 1340 Eastside Centre Court, units 1–4. Residential additions included a $56,000 expansion for Shelly and Michea Tucker at 106 Western Hills Trail and a $21,000 addition for Sheila Pendley at 1000 Heatherdown. Residential accessory structures were permitted for Charles Whittiaker at 1505 Katherine Drive for $5,000 and Melissa Pitts at 610 Wedgewood Circle for $20.

Commercial permits included signs for Legendary Dragon at 916 Highway 62 East for $188, Asian Massage at 307 Highway 62 East for $3,850, Baxter Healthcare at 1900 Highway 201 North for $23,925, Lux Nail Lounge & Spa at 307 South Main Street, Suite 9 for $7,100, Family Medical Group at 14 Medical Plaza for $1,140, 870 Coffee Co. LLC at 10 Paul Wood Drive for $4,000, and Steam Pro Carpet Cleaning at 805 Highway 62 East for $500. A commercial remodel was issued for Baxter Health at 624 Hospital Drive for $100.
