Man charged after fake ‘bodies’ used in Powell County Halloween display
POWELL COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Powell County man was arrested after police said his Halloween decorations went too far.

Troopers said they found five fake “bodies” in trash bags outside Stephan Marcum’s home on Court Street, one of them hanging from a tree.

LATEST KENTUCKY NEWS:

One was labeled “District Judge” with a rope around the neck. The others were marked “Mayor,” “Sis,” “C.A.,” and “Zoning Manager.”

Marcum was arrested and booked into the Powell County Detention Center, charged with third-degree terroristic threatening and intimidating a witness in the legal process.
