The City of Lakeland has announced a new corridor study focused on improving safety, mobility, and future development along Highway 70. City officials say the project aims to create a long-term vision for the busy roadway, ensuring it meets the community’s needs as Lakeland continues to grow.

Residents are encouraged to participate by completing an online survey to share their feedback and priorities for the corridor’s future design within city limits. Community input will play a key role in shaping the final recommendations for the Highway 70 improvements.
