ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) – Rockford police are investigating after officials located a deceased man downtown early Tuesday morning.
Just after 5 a.m. Tuesday, RPD posted to “X” that a deceased man was located in the 700 block of Madison Street.
Authorities are asking people to avoid the area while they investigate.
