GILBERTON – A fiery crash left two vehicles destroyed in the Long Row section of Gilberton Monday evening.
The call came in just before 7pm on Long Row Road.
Firefighters from Gilberton and surrounding communities arrived to find a Subaru Outback and a Jeep engulfed in flames.
In addition to Gilberton Fire, crews from Frackville, Mahanoy City, and Shenandoah were called to assist.
The Subaru, authorities at the scene said, struck several parked cars and a garage before striking and pushing the Jeep.
Minor injuries were reported.
Frackville Police are investigating.
Both burned vehicles were towed from the scene by Steve’s Towing, Shenandoah.
