Tenny pled guilty to the charges against her and was sentenced to five years-probation and required to complete an addiction treatment program.
According to the probable cause affidavit, officers also reported finding and seizing weapons, drugs, drug paraphernalia and $3,100 in cash.
The items found included: a Marlin lever action rifle, a Russian Mosin-Nagant rifle, 35 pills testing positive for Fentanyl, 20 used syringes, 45 acetaminophen/oxycodone hydrochloride pills, a small quantity of methamphetamine, 20 grams of psilocybin mushrooms and a glass smoking pipe.
Both Tenny and McGee have multiple felony convictions on their records alleging a variety of crimes, including drug possession.
Prosecutors said evidence showed McGee had been a bigger player in the drug business than Tenny. He was charged in federal court.
McGee is currently an inmate in the McDowell Federal Correctional Institution in Welch, West Virginia. He pled guilty in Federal District Court for the Western District of Arkansas April 23 last year and was sentenced to 140 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release on August 15, 2024.
He is scheduled for release on December 30, 2033.
According to federal court documents, McGee has admitted to law enforcement officers that he was a drug dealer. A telephone belonging to McGee was checked and produced evidence supporting his involvement in selling drugs.
Tenny appeared in court April 15 last year and pled not guilty to her charges including trafficking fentanyl, possession of a firearm by a felon, simultaneous possession of guns and drugs, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She made her most recent appearance in Baxter County Circuit Court August 11.
Recently, Tenny has been locked up in the Boone County jail on theft by receiving and possession of drug paraphernalia charges. She was arraigned in the Boone County case August 30.
