‘Live each day like it could be your last’: Man’s 24-hour treadmill walk honors friend with cystic fibrosis

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A local man is on a journey to go nowhere. Gabe Barajas has a goal of walking 24 hours straight on a treadmill inside a Planet Fitness in Mooresville.

It’s in honor of his friend who passed away from cystic fibrosis. He says he wants to carry on his friend’s message to live each day like it could be your last.
