Victim identified after fatal Pennsylvania house fire

MAZEPPA, Pa. (WHTM) — A Union County woman was found dead after a house fire Saturday morning.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, a state police fire marshal was called to the 700 block of Black Run Road in Buffalo Township, Union County, around 8 a.m. Saturday morning.

A double-wide trailer was found aflame by a neighbor, troopers said.

A woman, 67-year-old Daisy Russell, the sole occupant of the home, was found dead inside.

The fire remains under investigation, troopers said, and a cause has not yet been determined.
