The Owingsville Police Department (OPD) wrote on social media that on the late afternoon of Oct. 3, Kris Krolikowski was arrested after numerous complaints. At the scene of his arrest, officers said three victims reported that he’d allegedly exposed himself to them before “playing with himself.”
Officials with Rowan County Schools told FOX 56 that he had been a former assistant coach at RCHS before he resigned, and that he worked as a military skills instructor for the district as well.
Owingsville authorities wrote that during an investigation, another woman said Krolikowski had allegedly been doing this to her for several months. Photographs were given to the investigators as evidence against Krolokowski.
He was charged with second-degree stalking and three counts of second-degree indecent exposure. Department officials said he’d been lodged in the Montgomery County Regional Jail.
The exposure investigation remains ongoing.
