NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans District Attorney announced the sentence of a man convicted of sexual assault Thursday, Oct. 2.
Minh Nguyen pled guilty in Criminal District Court to the 2022 sexual assault of a Tulane University student who was attacked while walking home from classes. He was convicted on two counts of second-degree rape and one count of second-degree kidnapping.
Nguyen was sentenced to 32 years in prison.
