MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Two suspects are wanted for a homicide and kidnapping that happened in North Bethesda.

The Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) said 18-year-old Joshua Collins and 25-year-old Justin Michael Greene Collins are being accused of murder, armed robbery and kidnapping a man and a woman.

A third suspect, 37-year-old

Sheldon Milan Boykins, is in custody and is being held without bond.

It stems from an incident that happened on Sept. 21 inside an apartment in the 5900 block of Montrose Rd., where 29-year-old Akwalabeng Fontava was shot and killed.

MCPD said after the shooting, a man and a woman were kidnapped and forced into a car. The male victim was released in Burtonsville, and detectives found the female victim inside a car at the Westfield Montgomery mall with Boykins.

Collins and Collins are believed to be the two remaining suspects. Warrants were obtained, charging them with first-degree murder, two counts of kidnapping and two counts of armed robbery.

Anyone who knows where they are should call 1-866-411-8477 or submit a tip online.
