LA PORTE COUNTY, Ind. — A Silver Alert has been issued for a woman missing out of La Porte County.
The La Porte County Sheriff’s Office is searching for 68-year-old Maria Edwards, who is described as a 5’0″ female weighing 110 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue zip-up hoodie, possibly blue jeans and blue athletic sneakers.

She was last seen on Monday, Sept. 29, around 10:42 p.m. Anyone with information related to her possible location is asked to contact the La Porte County Sheriff’s Office at 219 326-7700 or 911.
