BRIGHAM CITY, Utah (ABC4) — Police are searching for a suspect after a 65-year-old woman was hit and killed on Monday night.
According to Brigham City Police Department, at approximately 9 p.m. on Sept. 29, the Box Elder Communications Center received a 911 call stating an individual had located a deceased person in the roadway near 850 S and 425 E. They say Patrol Officers arrived on scene just three minutes after the initial call came in.
The victim was a 65-year-old woman.
The Brigham City Police Department and Fire Department responded and performed life saving measures. Despite those efforts, the woman succumbed to her injuries at the Brigham City Community Hospital.
The Brigham City Police Department is investigating the death as an automobile homicide. They are asking anyone with information to contact the Brigham City Police Department at (435)734-6650.
