NAEC outage planned for Salem substation early Wednesday

A planned power outage will affect members served by North Arkansas Electric Cooperative’s (NAEC) Salem Substation early Wednesday morning.

The outage is scheduled from about 3 a.m. to 5 a.m. so crews can safely continue maintenance inside the substation, the cooperative said.





Members affected were notified Monday through automated calls to the phone number listed on their electric account. Customers may call NAEC at (870) 895-3221 for more information or to update their contact details.
