Jackson City Council confirms Mayor Horhn’s appointments to city positions

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – The Jackson City Council held a special meeting on Tuesday to approve Jackson Mayor John Horhn’s appointments to city positions.

The City Council approved the following appointments:

  • Rasean O. Thomas – Fire chief of Jackson Fire Department
  • Pieter Teeuwissen – Chief administrative officer for the City of Jackson
  • Pamela D.C. Junior – Director of the Department of Human & Cultural Services for the City of Jackson

  • Nic Lott – Director of the Department of Constituent Services and Communications for the City of Jackson
  • Angela Harris – Municipal Clerk for the City of Jackson
  • Toya Martin – Director of the Department of Human Resources for the City of Jackson
  • Drew Martin – City attorney for the City of Jackson
  • Lorenzo Anderson, P.E. – Director of the Department of Public Works for the City of Jackson
