1 killed, multiple hurt in Jackson gas station shooting

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – One person was killed and multiple people were injured during a shooting at a Jackson gas station.

The shooting occurred in the 3300 block of Bailey Avenue on September 30, 2025.

Interim Jackson Police Chief and Hinds County Sheriff Tyree Jones said the Hinds County coroner was called to the scene. There’s no suspect information at this time.
