Winning $50,000 Powerball Double Play ticket still unclaimed

INDIANAPOLIS — A winning $50,000 Powerball Double Play ticket remains unclaimed, with just weeks left for someone to notify the lottery before it expires.

Someone bought the ticket for the April 26, 2025, drawing at Casey’s No. 3678 located at 1321 W. Adams St. in Decatur.

The winning numbers for the drawing were 12-20-26-38-40 with a Powerball of 5. The winning ticket matched four numbers and the Powerball.

The winning ticket must be claimed no later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 23, at the Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment Office, located at 1302 N. Meridian St. in Indianapolis.

All Hoosier Lottery draw game prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the drawing.
