Public urged to help locate wanted felony suspect in Louisiana
Authorities said Michael Wayne Murray, 32, is wanted for second-degree battery with intent to cause serious bodily injury, distribution and possession of a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance, illegal possession of a stolen firearm, and possession of a Schedule IV controlled dangerous substance (Alprazolam).
Murray is described as a Black male, 6 feet tall.
Deputies urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the Avoyelles Parish Sheriff’s Office. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through local Crime Stoppers programs.
