FORT WORTH, TX (KDAF) – There’s an event to bring together those with a passion for car culture. FuelFest was created to honor the late Paul Walker.

The event is put on by his brother, Cody Walker, at the Texas Motor Speedway. FuelFest is a celebration of car culture. It’s a car show, drifting, live music with a stage, and displays of crazy car builds. To participate in the drifting you have to be at least 18 to ride along with a pro drifter.

This is a family-friendly event. There is an RC drift area where kids can drive the RC cars. There’s live art, a VIP lounge, food throughout the area, and some special guest appearances.

Part of the proceeds benefit Reach Out Worldwide, which was started by Paul Walker. So far they’ve raised over $700,000 for that.

This year it’s happening October 25 from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. To find out more, click here.
