Bay Area lottery scratcher winner turns $20 into $2 million; two others do the same in LA
Just a couple of hours away from Sacramento, Raul Tronco went to a liquor and grocery store on 1700 El Camino Real in Redwood City and walked away with $2 million after filling in the blanks of the scratcher, officials said.
