Alabama rolls past Georgia 24-21

ATHENS, Ga. (WHNT) — The Alabama Crimson Tide picked up the biggest win of the Kalen DeBoer era in Athens Saturday night.

The Tide took down the Georgia Bulldogs 24-21, ending the Bulldogs’ 33-game home winning streak.

Tide quarterback Ty Simpson was excellent in this one, accounting for 288 yards and three touchdowns.

The return of Jam Miller proved to be a good one; the running back rushed for 46 yards and helped lead the rushing attack.

Alabama returns home to take on Vanderbilt on Oct. 3.
