3rd individual arrested in connection with Pepperell Parkway home invasion
OPELIKA, Ala. (WRBL) – The Opelika Police Department has arrested a third individual allegedly involved in the Aug. 26 home invasion near Pepperell Parkway.

19-year-old Terrel Marquese Goods of Smiths Station, Ala. was arrested on Friday.

According to Opelika PD, officers responded to the 2000 Block of Pepperell Parkway for a report of a robbery on Aug. 26.

The victims of the home invasion reported that two masked individuals were armed with firearms and entered their home, demanding money and cellphones before fleeing the scene.

Goods was identified as the second armed suspect, along with 21-year-old Darrion Tyshawn Hearns of Opelika. Hearns was arrested on Aug. 28.

Additional evidence linked 23-year-old Tamira Shamia Simmons of Opelika as an indirect participant in the robbery. Simmons was arrested on September 2.
