Vimeo Partners With NPAW On End-to-End Video Analytics For Streaming Services & Creators

Vimeo, a private video network, has partnered with global video intelligence provider NPAW to offer a new, natively-integrated analytics suite that they say “provides content creators and media businesses with access to robust enterprise-level intelligence without complexity. The suite, available to Enterprise plans on Vimeo OTT, brings deep analytics and insights across user behavior, UX, content consumption, and business performance into Vimeo’s platform and its thousands of creator-driven destinations. This powerful combination of services enables clients to make data-driven decisions, deliver personalized end-user experiences, and unlock untapped revenue.”

The collaboration between Vimeo and NPAW “solves the commonly voiced issue” of deploying enterprise-level analytics for streaming businesses that may want to contract with a single vendor and avoid managing multiple vendors, which is often unfeasible due to a shrinking variety of options in the marketplace. The partnership, they say, “now makes best-in-class video intelligence instantly available, in an easily implemented format with an emphasis on time-to-value for users, allowing platforms to optimize their strategy for growth, engagement and revenue and allow them to focus on content. Additionally, just as Vimeo’s creators own their content, with NPAW, they also maintain control and ownership of their insights and data with NPAW Digital Experience Intelligence.”

Matt Moore, Vimeo director of product, says: “Data should accelerate creativity, not slow it down. Together with NPAW, these actionable insights help creators and media companies grow faster. We are giving every Vimeo customer the depth of analytics used by top streaming services, delivered within the tools they already use, offering the clarity they need to improve experience, drive engagement, and unlock revenue without added complexity.”

“This collaboration is about more than technology—it’s about empowering creators and new video platforms to grow with confidence,” adds NPAW Founder, CTO and CEO Ferrán Gutiérrez Vilaró. “Together with Vimeo, we’re delivering enterprise-grade intelligence, integrated seamlessly into their workflows, so they can focus on building content and audiences while we provide the insights.”

The new collaboration is live in beta, with full availability to Vimeo customers expected later this year. This timeline follows a joint roadmap to continue expanding intelligence and automation capabilities for Vimeo customers.
