This comes after 21-year-old Carlos Contreras was arrested in relation to the shooting and subsequent chase.

According to previous reports, Contreras reportedly shot three people in the parking lot near a Jimmy John’s location in the 5600 block of Georgetown Road and fled from police in a Dodge Challenger. During the chase, the Challenger reportedly got stuck on a set of railroad tracks near the intersection of Industrial Boulevard and Guion Road.

In court documents surrounding Contreras’ charges, law enforcement officials said that Contreras and an “unknown male” allegedly used Glock handguns equipped with switches in the incident. The “unknown male” reportedly ran from the scene at the time.
