When school is out, camp is in, free programs in Shreveport

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – The Shreveport Public Assembly and Recreation will host free youth camps at 12 locations for the upcoming school breaks.

Registration is now open for the Fall Break Camp, taking place from October 6 to 10, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Thanksgiving Camp registration will begin on October 6, and Winter Break Camp on November 24.

Spots are limited and participants must sign up ahead of time in order to reserve a place.

The camp is reserved for children aged five through 12, as well as teenagers.
