Crime Reports: Alcohol-related arrests across Abilene

Incidents 

2800 block of Ambler Avenue – Burglary of Building
A burglary was reported. 

3000 block of Southwest Drive – Burglary of Building 
An unknown suspect forced entry into a south Abilene business, breaking the alarm and checking their store for items. 

4400 block of Crawford Drive – Theft of Property
A trailer was reported stolen from an Abilene business. 

2300 block of Barrow Street – Hit-and-Run

3600 block of Catclaw Drive – Theft of Property
A business reported two known suspects took $1,000 worth of merchandise. 

1600 block of Hwy 351 – Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse 

2600 block of S 20th Street – Assault Family Violence 
A victim advised she was assaulted at their residence. 

2800 block of E Hwy 80 – Theft of Motor Vehicle
Police responded to a theft call in north Abilene. 

3100 block of S 14th Street – Public Intoxication
A suspect was arrested for public intoxication in south Abilene. 

2300 block of S 14th Street – Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse
A skimmer was found at an Abilene convenience store. 

Arrests

Isaiah Bitela – Warrant 
Bitela was arrested on an outstanding warrant while trying to make a delivery to Dyess Air Force Base. 

Rodrick Wilson – Warrant 

Dustin Cummings – Failure to Register as Sex Offender 
Cummings was arrested for failing to comply with the sex offender registry. 

Evette Alari – Theft, Failure to Identify, DWI, Parole Violation

Kenneth Kendrick – Warrant 

Mitchell Long – Criminal Trespass

Tiffany Taylor – Public Intoxication

Brandi Jacquez – Assault 

Jon Martinez – Disregard No Passing Zone, FTMFR, No Drivers License 

Matthew Tijerina – Warrant 

Adam Rocha – Assault
Rocha is accused of assaulting his girlfriend. 

Emma Maxwell – Assault 
Maxwell was assaulted for assault family violence. 

Shawn Bennett – Driving While Intoxicated

Steve Guerrero – Warrant 

David Omana – Driving While Intoxicated 

Jesus Guajardo – Warrant 

Vivian Ussery – Driving While Intoxicated 
A suspect was arrested for driving while intoxicated. 

Tara Johnson – Driving While Intoxicated 

Roy Matthews – Warrant
