Luis Miguel Meza, 54, is guilty of two counts of first-degree sex abuse stemming from multiple incidents with one victim, who reached out to law enforcement in 2024.
The judge will not be eligible for any form of early release or sentence reduction. He will also serve 45 months in post-prison supervision.
“Whether a crime occurred this year or 20 years ago, our office and all of Polk County law enforcement is committed to seeking justice for the victim and holding the offender accountable,” DA Aaron Felton said.
