Marvel Superstar Alex Ross Brings Marvelocity Exhibit to NYCC 2025

With numerous iconic images spanning books like The Avengers, The Amazing Spider-Man, Fantastic Four, and more, there’s no question that Alex Ross is one of the greatest cover artists ever to work at Marvel Comics. Fans of Ross’ work will be happy to know that the artist is bringing his Marvelocity exhibit to New York Comic-Con, which will showcase his Marvel sketches and painted pieces.

Check out the slideshow gallery below for an exclusive look at some of the pieces featured in the Marvelocity exhibit, along with a showcase of the three exclusive lithograph art prints being sold at the show:

In total, Ross will be displaying more than 100 original art pieces at his NYCC booth (#3225). The characters featured include Spider-Man, Captain America, Iron Man, the Avengers, the Guardians of the Galaxy, the X-Men, the Fantastic Four, and Black Panther.

Ross fans will have the opportunity to pick up three exclusive lithograph prints at the show – Marvelocity: Captain America, Marvelocity: Doctor Strange, and Marvelocity: Spider-Man. These prints start at $195. Limited quantities will also be made available online. You can check out the Alex Ross website for more information.

“The MARVELOCITY exhibit started touring a few years ago and has been a hit everywhere it’s been, so bringing it to NYCC is a real thrill for us at Alex Ross Art,” says Ross’ art dealer Sal Abbinanti in a statement. “We’re happy to share this incredible exhibit with all the NYCC attendees this year. All you need is a badge to get into the convention, so set aside some time and stop by to admire the magnificent works of Alex Ross and maybe pick up a piece to hang on your wall!”

New York Comic-Con runs from October 9-12 at the Javits Center in New York City.

In other comic book news, DC has finally answered the burning question of whether Batman wears socks, and we’ve got the full scoop on what it means that Norman Osborn has become the new Spider-Man.
