ENFIELD, Conn. (WWLP) – A hunter died in Enfield after reportedly falling from a tree on Tuesday evening.
The Enfield Police Department stated that officers, along with EMS and fire crews, were called to the area of 54 Weymouth Road at 7 p.m., where they found the injured hunter about 300 yards into the woods.
The hunter was taken to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, where he later died.
Enfield police are continuing to investigate the incident to determine the circumstances surrounding the fall.
