The fire occurred in the 1500 block of Woodway Drive on September 23, 2025.

Division Fire Chief Charles Felton said when crews arrived at the scene, they discovered the fire had spread to multiple units. The fire caused extensive damage and displaced several families, who will be assisted by the American Red Cross.

No injuries were reported. Felton said the origin and the cause of the fire will be determined by a fire investigator.
