FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WOWK) – One person has died after a vehicle crash in Floyd County.
According to the Kentucky State Police, the crash happened around 6:40 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24, on KY Route 404 in the David area. Troopers say only one vehicle was involved.
State police said the vehicle went off the road and over an embankment. The driver, whom troopers have identified as Stephen Starnes, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Floyd County Coroner’s Office.
