Portland men’s soccer reaches highest ranking in over 3 decades

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The University of Portland men’s soccer has steadily climbed up the rankings and is now No. 2 in the country according to the United Soccer Coaches Top 25 poll, the team announced Tuesday.

It’s their highest ranking since 1992 and their current 6-0-1 record is the strongest start through the first seven games that Portland has had since 1988. It also continues their undefeated streak of 17 games, stretching back to last year.
