The Food and Drug Administration reports that more than 61,000 CBD gummies from Extract Labs, Inc., distributed throughout the U.S. and other countries, are being voluntarily recalled. The listed reason for the recall is “potential peanut protein cross-contact,” according to the FDA.
The recalled gummies are classified as a “Class II” recall by the FDA. The agency reports that products with this classification “may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences.”
