The Prince George’s County Fire Department (PGFD) said that units responded to a house fire in the 5500 block of Tinkers Creek Pl. around 2:40 p.m.
The fire started in a two-story single-family home. When units arrived, they saw fire showing through the roof of the home.
The residents had evacuated on their own before firefighters arrived.
As of 3:30 p.m., the fire was out.
One firefighter was transported for evaluation, PGFD said.
Two adults were displaced.
