Hardaway High School Principal placed on administrative leave following incident

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Hardaway High School Principal Maurdrice McNeill has been placed on administrative leave, a Muscogee County School District spokesperson confirmed to WRBL Friday afternoon.

According to MCSD spokesperson Kimberly Wright, McNeill is under investigation by the Columbus Police Department.

Wright did not specify the nature of the investigation, although she did say that the incident was not school related.
