Tahini’s is now open at 1521 E. Riverside Blvd., in the shopping center that’s anchored by Starbuck’s near the corner of Forest Hills Road and East Riverside.
“We are very excited about it,” Loves Park franchisee Minesh Patel said Friday, his fifth day open to the public. “Everything is going good.”
Tahini’s has more than 60 locations in Canada. The restaurant is known for its menu of Mediterranean fusion cuisine like shawarma wraps, bowls, gyros and more.
“People are liking the food,” Patel said. “There’s been very good reviews.”
Patel is running the restaurant with his wife, Vaishu.
Tahin’s is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., daily.
