Deputies searched the area by patrol boat Monday night but were unable to locate him. Efforts resumed Tuesday morning, with deputies searching by boat and helicopter, but they again found no sign of Bradley.
At about 8:10 Wednesday morning, a citizen reported finding a body floating in Float Creek. Sheriff’s deputies and personnel from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Mountain Home office responded and recovered the body, which was confirmed to be Bradley, about 30 yards from shore.
The Baxter County Coroner’s Office took custody of the body, which will be sent to the Arkansas State Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
